WEST COAST CRYOGENIC SERVICES
West Coast Cryogenics started in 2013. Applying our 29 years of experience in the industrial gas industry, we started our business as a service provider specializing in installing cryogenic food freezing and chilling systems. We focus on providing the highest quality service for the installation of exhaust ducts, blowers, and cryogenic piping to support all freezing and chilling operations. From these early jobs, we have expanded our capabilities and services, developed our people, all the while looking for new opportunities to provide additional services to the industrial gas community. With the addition of certified structural welders, we are positioned to partake in the “weld down” installation of cryogenic tanks. Our welders are ASME certified in copper brazing and stainless-steel pipe welding allowing us to work on any line whether it be low-pressure oxygen or 15,000 PSI hydrogen lines.
We have the expertise and proper equipment to modify and/or repair older vacuum jacketed lines. West Coast Cryogenics service group is now its own division that continues to provide turnkey installations for the industrial gas industry all over the United States and overseas. In addition to installations, West Coast Cryogenics service group can provide customers with preventative maintenance packages. We currently have onsite service agreements with several government entities.
Building on our 24 years in the industrial gas industry West Coast Cryogenics fabrication division supply’s the market with hygienic, state-of-the-art, food freezing, and chilling equipment at an affordable price. West Coast Cryogenics is based out of a 20,000 square foot fabrication shop that allows us to provide our customers with a full turnkey solution including fabrication of conveyors and other custom food equipment. Utilizing our expertise in engineering, our CAD designers work in collaboration with our customers to develop new plant layouts or retrofit existing production lines. We will incorporate your new freezer, conveyor, and bagging equipment into a 3-D drawing of your new processing line. For customers that want to automate their line, our automation engineer will design the line controls into the freezer control system to ensure the line is properly timed and has the proper safety and shut down sequences. Once your production line is designed, we can assist in obtaining permits and installing your entire line.
Unlike many other equipment manufacturers, we welcome customizing our equipment to fit your needs and guarantee your facility gets exactly what you are looking for.
West Coast Cryogenics cryogenic freezers range in size from small countertop units to large 26’x26’ spiral freezers. This flexibility is why we have equipment installed all over the United States as well as Asia, South America, and Australia. No job is too small or too large for West Coast Cryogenics.
